Where does ASLOWE ship?

 

We offer free international shipping worldwide. 

How long will delivery take?

Each ASLOWE piece is created once your order is confirmed. Handmade production can take 2-3 weeks. Some available products delivery usually takes 10-15 business days, although it's often shorter. 

 

Returns

What's your return policy?

If you're not happy for any reason, you may return any full-price ASLOWE items within 30 days of the ship date, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What's the return process?

 

Email us and please make sure your items are returned new, unused, and with all ASLOWE packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. ASLOWE is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return including your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and ASLOWE Return Authorization Number.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. We are sorry, but return shipping fees are non-refundable.

 We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.

If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.

Exchange

How do I exchange an item?

We don't operate a standard exchange service. If you want to order an item in a different size or another color, you'll have to return your original order and place a new order in our online shop. All returns must meet the conditions indicated in the above section to be eligible.

Steps:

We'll send you a ASLOWE Return Authorization Number

We'll refund you (withholding $20.00) after we receive the returned item and verify its condition

After you place the new order, forward us the order confirmation email and we'll refund you the remaining $20.00
