Where does ASLOWE ship?

 We offer free international shipping worldwide. 

How long will delivery take?

Each ASLOWE piece is created once your order is confirmed. Handmade production can take 2-3 weeks. Some available products delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within Singapore and 10-15 business days overseas, although it's often shorter. 

 

 

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND


We want you to love your Aslowe pieces as much as we do, and we are always sorry to hear that a piece is not right. Precious jewelries are fragile and personal; We regret that we currently cannot offer a refund.

However, our flexible exchange policy allows you to exchange your item within 7 days of purchase, with your original receipt, with the following condition:

* You can only exchange your item from any purchase once (1 time).

* Exchange only applicable for items of same or higher price with a top-up.

* No change / refund will be given if you change to an item of lower price.

 

REPAIRS & ALTERATIONS

 

We take huge pride in what we make and offer a guarantee in case you ever experience any issues with your purchase. In the unlikely event that your Aslowe piece experiences any issues, we offer a repairs service.

If a repair is possible, any repairs will be carried out free of charge, within 30 days of purchase, if your piece had an issue due to how it was made.

Afterwards, our repairs service is also available for pieces which have been damaged for a nominal fee upon evaluation.

 

CARE & SERVICING

We use a heavy layer of 18k gold plating on our gold-plated pieces, it will gradually wear and start to show the sterling silver layer beneath. A gentle clean with a soft 100% cotton cloth is ideal for maintaining your jewellery’s shine.

Solid gold is remarkably robust. Solid gold pieces do not fade or tarnish and will continue to hold its value over time. We are glad to offer you a yearly compli- mentary servicing on your solid gold pieces free of charge.
